When you are ready to relax and unwind, unscrew nasal inhaler, place finger on one nostral and apply enough pressure to prevent air flow. Insert inhaler into open nostril and inhale for count of 4, hold for count of 4, and exhale for count of 4. You should experience a pleasant soothing sense of relaxation in 30-90 seconds. Repeat process, alternating between nostrils, until desired effect. Be sure to screw lid back on tightly after use and store in a cool/dry place to ensure product longevity.
