When you are ready to put a little engery into your day,  unscrew nasal inhaler,  place finger on one nostril and apply enough pressure to prevent air flow.  Insert inhaler into open nostril and inhale for count of 4, hold for count of 4, and exhale for count of 4. You should experience a pleasant lift of energy within 30-90 seconds. Repeat process alternating nostrils until desired effect.   Repeat entire process as needed.  Be sure to screw lid back on tightly after use and store in a cool/dry place to ensure product longevity.
