SHIPPING & RETURNS
We stand behind our products 100% and work hard to ensure that you experience the highest quality from Buffalo Co. We are so convinced our products will make a positive impact that you can feel, that if any product doesn’t fulfill your expectations, we want you to send it back within 30 days of delivery and we will give you the opportunity to exchange for another product or receive a full refund, less shipping charges.

Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your product(s) with a copy of your invoice. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and an auto email will notify you of that transaction.
Please note that risk of loss in shipping the returned product shall be borne solely by the customer. If your returned product is not received by Buffalo Co, it is the responsibility of the customer to trace the shipment and we're unable to provide your refund until the return has been received.
